Kristen here.....I started this blog when I went to Togo during my third year of residency with the hope of continuing it over the long haul when I went back overseas. Well, that time is here. It is sort of crazy to think about how so much has changed. I am now married, graduating from residency, been accepted with Samaritan's Purse World Medical Mission and we will be moving overseas to serve the Lord. I will practicing OBGYN and Dan will be doing IT work. In the last few months my name has changed, my address has changed, my job has changed and the continent that I live on will change. Wow! That's a lot. Here we go!
I have known for a long time that God has asked me to practice medicine on the mission field, but the details of how that would happen were a mystery. The mystery is now finally being revealed. It is crazy and cool to watch it all come together. We hope to keep everyone updated on what God is doing in our lives and to use this blog to stay in touch. We would love to hear from you too!
